Refund policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer 14-day returns or exchanges with a $10 handling fee. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included). Please contact us before starting a return or exchange.

All SALE or customized items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After your return has been processed and returned to our facilities, please expect up to 14 days for the refund to hit your bank account. We will send you and email once your return package has been received and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 14 days please contact us.

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.

All SALE items are FINAL and can't be cancelled.

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Send a note with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as you can to hello@discoerosfinos.com and we’ll try our best to fix that right up for you.  

Please note that if the order has already been shipped or gone to our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot modify your shipping address. 

Orders returned to us because of an invalid address are subject to a handling fee if reshipped.
