How do I find my ring size?
Some DEF rings are size adjustable. You can easily mix and match with your own DEF look.
Other DEF rings come in standard US ring size. Here are some tips from the Internet on how to measure your ring size at hone.
How do I take care of my DEF jewelry?
While we promise to keep sourcing from sustainable suppliers and increasing the quality of our pieces, we recommend that you:
- Keep your jewelry away from perspiration, water, perfume and cosmetics. This is especially important for our gold-plated pieces which are more prone to oxidation and tarnishing.
- Take jewelry off while showering, sleeping, sunbathing, or working out.
- Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place to maintain luster and prolong life. Use non-abrasive cotton or microfiber cloth to gently clean your jewelry.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Our small-batch production model helps reduce overstock and ensures that each item is made with intention, care, and attention to quality.
If you’d like to purchase an item that’s currently out of stock, please contact us and subscribe to our email. We will send you an email notification as soon as the product is available for purchase.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we do! Actually my grandma helps making lots of customized pieces. Leave us a message through our Contact page.
Every now and then, we drop sample sale items that we made during the designing process but did not make it to production due to various reasons. It does NOT mean reduced quality. Do not hesitate to order the pieces you love as they're extremely limited.
Where can I shop DEF in person?
We don’t have a physical store (yet), but you can find us at select pop-ups and events across NYC. Follow us on Instagram to see where we’ll be next.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your shipping policy?
We provide free domestic standard shipping on all orders over $99. Please allow 1-7 days for your order to be shipped, since the majority of our jewelry is hand made to order. Orders placed during sale may take longer time to process.
Please keep in mind that custom duties may apply to international orders. These are fees charged by your country's customs office and unfortunately not something that we're in control of.
How does the shipping process go?
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and confirmed.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order officially leaves our studio and begins its journey to you.
And lastly, what you have been waiting for, an arrival email to alert you that your DEF package has been delivered.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! While our website only have US domestic shipping option at this moment, we can't wait to share our fashion statements with international customers. Please use our Contact page, email or DM us on social media to place an international order.

Return & Exchange
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, and we offer 14-day returns or exchanges with a $10 handling fee. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included). Please contact us to start a return or exchange.
All sample items and customized items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will i receive my refund?
After your return has been processed and returned to our studio, please expect up to 14 days for the refund to hit your bank account. We will send you and email once your return package has been received and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 14 days please contact us.
Can i cancel an order?
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.
All sample items and customized items are FINAL and can't be cancelled.
What if i need to change my shipping address?
Send a note with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as you can to hello@discoerosfinos.com and we’ll try our best to fix that right up for you.
Please note that if the order has already been shipped or gone to our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot modify your shipping address.
Orders returned to us because of an invalid address are subject to a handling fee if reshipped.
