¿Cómo puedo saber la talla de mi anillo?
Algunos anillos DEF son de tamaño ajustable. Puedes combinarlos fácilmente con tu propio estilo DEF.
Otros anillos DEF vienen en tallas estándar de EE. UU. Aquí tienes algunos consejos de Internet sobre cómo medir la talla de tu anillo en casa.
¿Cómo cuido mis joyas DEF?
Si bien prometemos seguir abasteciéndonos de proveedores sostenibles y aumentar la calidad de nuestras piezas, le recomendamos que:
- Mantenga sus joyas alejadas del sudor, el agua, los perfumes y los cosméticos. Esto es especialmente importante en el caso de las piezas bañadas en oro, que son más propensas a oxidarse y perder el brillo.
- Quítese las joyas mientras se ducha, duerme, toma el sol o hace ejercicio.
- Guarde sus joyas en un lugar fresco y seco para mantener su brillo y prolongar su vida útil. Utilice un paño de algodón o microfibra no abrasivo para limpiarlas con suavidad.
¿Reponen piezas agotadas?
Nuestro modelo de producción en lotes pequeños ayuda a reducir el exceso de existencias y garantiza que cada artículo se fabrique con intención, cuidado y atención a la calidad.
Si desea comprar un artículo que actualmente no se encuentra en stock, comuníquese con nosotros y suscríbase a nuestro correo electrónico. Le enviaremos una notificación por correo electrónico tan pronto como el producto esté disponible para su compra.
¿Ofrecen diseños personalizados?
¡Sí! De hecho, mi abuela me ayuda a hacer muchas piezas personalizadas. Déjanos un mensaje a través de nuestra página de contacto .
De vez en cuando, retiramos muestras de artículos que creamos durante el proceso de diseño, pero que no llegaron a producción por diversas razones. Esto NO significa que la calidad sea menor. No dudes en pedir las piezas que te encantan, ya que son extremadamente limitadas.

Shipping & Delivery
What is your shipping policy?
We provide free domestic standard shipping on all orders over $99. Please allow 1-7 days for your order to be shipped, since the majority of our jewelry is hand made to order. Orders placed during sale may take longer time to process.
Please keep in mind that custom duties may apply to international orders. These are fees charged by your country's customs office and unfortunately not something that we're in control of.
How does the shipping process go?
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and confirmed.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order officially leaves our studio and begins its journey to you.
And lastly, what you have been waiting for, an arrival email to alert you that your DEF package has been delivered.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! While our website only have US domestic shipping option at this moment, we can't wait to share our fashion statements with international customers. Please use our Contact page, email or DM us on social media to place an international order.

Return & Exchange
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, and we offer 14-day returns or exchanges with a $10 handling fee. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage. Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included). Please contact us to start a return or exchange.
All sample items and customized items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will i receive my refund?
After your return has been processed and returned to our studio, please expect up to 14 days for the refund to hit your bank account. We will send you and email once your return package has been received and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 14 days please contact us.
Can i cancel an order?
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, we've already started working on your order and we won't be able to cancel it.
All sample items and customized items are FINAL and can't be cancelled.
What if i need to change my shipping address?
Send a note with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as you can to hello@discoerosfinos.com and we’ll try our best to fix that right up for you.
Please note that if the order has already been shipped or gone to our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot modify your shipping address.
Orders returned to us because of an invalid address are subject to a handling fee if reshipped.
